Arby’s canvas
Suggested age: Ages 3 to 10
Arby loves to draw, but he left his drawings half done. Pick a mission, finish the drawing your own way and hang it in your gallery.

Hi! Pick a mission and help me finish the drawing.

The drawings you finish will hang here.

Why drawing is good for your child
Drawing is one of the first ways children tell what they think and feel. Here Arby offers half-finished drawings for your child to complete their own way, with no rules or points.
How it works
Your child picks one of Arby’s missions (give a monster a face, fill the bottom of the sea…) or a blank page. They draw with a finger, fill areas with the paint bucket and decorate with stamps. When they finish, the drawing hangs in their gallery and can be downloaded or shared. The drawings never leave their device.
What they’re learning
Creativity, fine motor skills and self-expression. Finishing a drawing that’s already started is easier than facing a blank page, and each mission is an open question: there’s no right answer, only theirs.
How to support them
- Ask "tell me about your drawing" instead of "what is it?".
- Value the effort and the ideas, not whether it turned out "pretty".
- Draw together: you do one part and your child another.
A tip from Mora: play together for a short while, 5 to 10 minutes, and talk when you finish. Screens work best as a starting point for family conversations rather than as a solo activity: real learning happens in the conversation, which is the heart of the Mora method.
